**Experienced Full Stack Customer Support Representative – Health and Wellness Industry**

**The Role**
As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Handling daily customer service requests originating from clients and teammates
* Communicating promptly and effectively to resolve issues and answer questions
* Providing basic information about nutrition, health, fitness, and the DEXA technology
* Assisting event and support teams with outbound customer communications and internal triaging of issues
* Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve complex issues
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Previous, extensive customer service experience (at least 2 years)
* A strong passion for health and wellness
* Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
* Knowledge of CX KPIs and processes
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
**Schedule**
This is a 5-day a week, fully remote position with scheduled hours as follows:
* Sunday and Thursday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST
* Monday, Tuesday, and Friday: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM CST
* First two weeks of training: Monday to Friday
* Sundays are mandatory
* Wednesdays and Saturdays are off
* Schedule is subject to change to accommodate business needs (ample notice provided)
**Compensation and Benefits**
As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
* Expected first-year compensation: over $22/hour or $45,760 annually, including monthly bonuses
* Starting base rate: $22/hour
* Full-time team members receive $500 per month in team bonuses if we hit our monthly team revenue and individual performance goals
* All team members are eligible for stock option grants, awarded based on performance annually
* Hourly and bonus compensation will grow as the company grows
