**Responsibilities**
As an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
* **Data Entry and Management**: Inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure accuracy.
* **Data Verification and Correction**: Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities if possible, and checking the output to ensure data integrity.
* **Research and Data Retrieval**: Researching and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, applying data program techniques and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* **Report Generation and Storage**: Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations to maintain data security.
* **Document Scanning and Printing**: Scanning documents and printing files, when needed, to ensure seamless data entry and management.
* **Customer Service**: Providing exceptional customer service by updating order statuses and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* **Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* **Strong Computer Skills**: Excellent computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools.
* **Analytical Thinking**: Ability to think analytically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
* **Attention to Detail**: Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately.
* **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
