Key Responsibilities:
Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, CRMs, or company systems
Maintain accuracy and consistency in all data entries
Review and correct errors in submitted files
Organize and categorize digital records and documents
Follow confidentiality and data security policies
Assist with data cleanup, formatting, and reporting tasks
Communicate with managers or clients for clarification when needed
Complete assigned tasks within deadlines
Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools)
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time well
