If you're ready to join a team that's changing the game, we want to hear from you! **Location** Our Customer Success Engineer will be based in the Central region of the USA, with a focus on serving customers in the EST (USA) and CST (USA) time zones. As a remote professional, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. **What You'll Do** As a Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers achieve optimal outcomes from our platform. Your responsibilities will include: * Working closely with customers to understand their business processes, system environments, and IT infrastructure * Integrating and implementing blithequark solutions to customers' platform and backend systems in a secure and performant manner * Collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure scheduled targets are met during implementation, onboarding, and escalated technical support projects * Serving as the first line of defense in solving customer support requests, and coordinating and prioritizing timely resolutions with our engineering team * Advocating for customers' needs and influencing product roadmap and improvements **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as customer success engineer, solution engineer, or implementation consultant * Proficiency in using REST APIs and reading documentation to query new endpoints * A good understanding of data modeling and data pipelines * A passion for understanding customers' use cases, identifying gaps, and resolving issues in the product * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * A track record of driving successful technical adoption with medium to large-sized projects * Hands-on experience in administering and deploying enterprise solutions * Ample working knowledge of IT infrastructure and large SaaS platforms * Familiarity with enterprise ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow, Jira Service Desk) and IDAM solutions (e.g. Okta, Active Directory) is a plus * Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, and scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash * Familiarity with Linux and Windows environments and using the command line * A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field **What We Offer** As a Customer Success Engineer at blithequark, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: * Base salary: $90,000 - $183,000 * Bonus and equity opportunities * Exceptional benefits and perks * Opportunities for growth and professional development * A dynamic and collaborative work environment * The chance to work with a cutting-edge product and make a real impact on our customers' businesses **Travel Requirements** As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be required to travel 10-25% of the time to meet with customers and partners. **Equal Opportunity Employer** blithequark is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
