**Experienced Digital Insurance Project Manager – Insurtech Market Leader (Fully Remote)**

With a presence in Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, we're constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in insurtech. **About the Role** As a Digital Insurance Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation of new and existing projects within CoverGo's operations. This role requires a strong drive to lead transformative projects in the insurtech industry, with a focus on delivering exceptional results for our clients. **Key Responsibilities** * Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution * Lead project planning sessions with the internal team and client's staff to define project scope, timelines, and budgets * Support solution proposals for client pursuits, proposals, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to drive business growth * Participate in proposal and POC processes, including design, submission, and review, to ensure high-quality deliverables * Support the creation of contracts and related communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution * Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients to drive revenue growth * Manage project progress and adapt work as required to ensure timely completion * Ensure projects meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results for our clients * Host regular/weekly project review and create reports with key metrics about team and project status using company standard metrics * Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy * Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to mitigate potential project roadblocks * Continuously optimize and improve processes and the overall approach where necessary to drive efficiency and effectiveness **What We Need** * Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field (a plus) * 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects * Insurance domain knowledge is a must, with a strong understanding of the insurtech industry * Strong client-facing experience is essential, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders * Technical skills are a plus, with experience in project management tools and methodologies * Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle, from initiation to closure * Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills to drive project success * Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment * Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline * Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership * Able, willing, and excited to work in a fast-paced collaborative startup environment * Must be based in Canada and must be fluent in French **Why You'll Love Working Here** * Fully Remote: Work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to create your own schedule * Flexible Leave: Enjoy a generous leave policy that allows you to recharge and prioritize your well-being * International Environment: Collaborate with a diverse team of over 120 people from 30 nationalities, with a presence in Asia, EMEA, and the Americas * Competitive remuneration package: Enjoy a competitive salary and benefits package that reflects your value to the organization * Performance Bonus: Earn a performance bonus for delivering exceptional results and meeting or exceeding project objectives * Company activities and events: Participate in regular company activities and events that foster a sense of community and connection among team members * Learning and development plan: Enjoy a comprehensive learning and development plan that supports your growth and career advancement * Remote work allowance: Receive a remote work allowance to support your work-from-home setup and expenses **Career Growth Opportunities** At CoverGo, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
