As a Director, Sales - ERP Pro and Municipal Justice, you will be part of a team that is passionate about delivering exceptional value to our clients and driving business growth. **Responsibilities** As a Director, Sales - ERP Pro and Municipal Justice, you will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for our ERP Pro and Municipal Justice solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for ERP Pro and Municipal Justice solutions * Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, setting clear objectives, and fostering a collaborative and results-oriented culture * Cultivating relationships with prospective clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their operational challenges and aligning Tyler's solutions to their needs * Streamlining sales processes, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness, implementing best practices in sales methodology * Working closely with product, marketing, and implementation teams to align sales efforts with product capabilities, go-to-market strategies, and client success initiatives * Monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, win rates, and revenue growth, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed targets * Negotiating contracts and handling pricing decisions within parameters as defined by senior management * Travelling to trade shows and/or client sites as needed * Performing other duties as assigned **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred * Minimum of 3 years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software or technology solutions, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets * Familiarity with local government operations, ERP systems, or municipal justice solutions is highly desirable * Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team * Exceptional written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders * Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on delivering results and driving growth * Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and other relevant technology platforms * Proven track record of assisting and developing employees to maximum performance * Excellent presentation skills. Previous public speaking experience a plus * Must be a self-starter in addition to a team player * Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and employees required * Must possess general computer (PC) literacy and proficiency with MS Office products * Must possess a valid driver's license **State-Specific Salary Range Disclosure Requirements** Salary will generally fall between $83,524 - $109,900 before adjustment for geographic differences.
