We're seeking an experienced Disney Special Activities Executive to join our team at Workwarp, a leading provider of VIP Tour and amenity services for Disney Parks. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for transporting our executive and invited guests to meetings and events, while also providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet. **About Us** At Workwarp, we're dedicated to providing unparalleled, personalized VIP Tour and amenity services for a niche market of Guests and executives of Disney Parks. As a Disney Special Activities Executive, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's committed to excellence and innovation. **Key Responsibilities** As a Disney Special Activities Executive, you'll be responsible for: * Transporting our executive and invited guests to meetings and events, both on and off property * Assisting with the transportation of our VIP Tour Guests when needed, due to the use of our wheelchair-accessible vehicles, VIP Tour Guide hour constraints, or other factors * Maintaining accurate documentation of vehicle maintenance, cleanliness, and minor repairs of our vehicle fleet * Collaborating with our VIP Tour Coordinators and leadership to ensure vehicle numbers and availability * Maintaining vehicle equipment stock and organization of rental vehicles, outside of our current fleet * Building relationships with Guests, partners, and team members at all levels of the Disney Company, while sharing a comprehensive knowledge of Company resources **Essential Qualifications & Skills** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * A passion for Walt Disney World products and a comprehensive knowledge of the Company * A commitment to our 5th Key of Inclusion, which emphasizes the importance of welcoming all guests and peers, understanding differing viewpoints, and creating an inclusive environment * Knowledge of our Disney Executives and corporate structure * A valid Florida Driver's License and driving experience (proof of license is required) * DOT Compliant, which includes: + A US valid Driver's License for 5 years + A FL Driver's License + A Motor Vehicle Report will be run on your personal Driver's License + A Health Services Physical (done on the clock) + A Drug Test at Centra Care + E-learning + A Practical driving test in a 15-passenger van with a trainer * Experience with the Walt Disney World property and Central Florida roads and highways, including local major and minor (FBO) airports and hotels * A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools * The ability to create and follow itineraries * A flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * A Commercial Driver License (CDL) * Fleet Management Experience **Our Benefits** As a Disney Special Activities Executive, you'll enjoy a comprehensive rewards package that includes: * Health and savings benefits * Educational opportunities * Special extras that only Disney can provide * A competitive salary and benefits package **Why Join Our Team?** At Workwarp, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a culture of innovation and excellence.
