Experienced Virtual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Remote Benefits Consultation and Family Protection Planning

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered by blithequark
• Schedule Zoom meetings with these members to discuss their needs and provide personalized solutions
• Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support

• Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs

• Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
