Job Summary

The Full Service Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering products and filling vending machines at all points of availability with established accounts. This role requires a high level of customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. As a Full Service Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers and representing our brand in a professional and courteous manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy and stability of the load to ensure safe and efficient delivery
• Deliver products and fill vending machines in a timely and courteous manner
• Merchandise machines and display and rotate products according to company standards
• Invoice and collect amounts due, settle accounts daily, and handle customer transactions with professionalism
• Ensure product delivered is undamaged and in proper condition, and follow proper procedures for handling damaged or returned products
• Maintain machine cleanliness, appearance, and all appropriate Point of Sales materials
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and customer service standards

Essential Qualifications

• 1-3 years of general work experience, with a focus on customer service, delivery, or related fields
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL B) and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred, with a focus on local delivery and navigation of busy parking lots
• Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, with a focus on safe and efficient handling of products
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, with a focus on independence, self-motivation, and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

• Local delivery experience, with a focus on navigating local streets and interacting with customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Experience delivering packaged goods within a local market area, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated understanding of how to check a load for accuracy and stability, with a focus on attention to detail and safety protocols
• Customer service and cash handling experience, with a focus on professionalism, courtesy, and accuracy
