The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, making outbound calls to potential customers, and closing sales over the phone on a day-to-day basis. This role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a strong understanding of our company's offerings. **Key Responsibilities** As a Business Development Associate (US Shift), you will be responsible for: * Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information and assessing customer needs. * Outbound Sales Calls: Make a high volume of outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell products or services. * Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and industry trends. * Sales Pitching: Present product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers in a compelling manner. * Objection Handling: Address and overcome objections from customers to close sales. * Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to nurture leads through the sales process. * Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. * Sales Tracking: Record and track sales activities, call outcomes, and customer interactions using CRM software. * Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize sales performance. * Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the Sales Manager. * Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. **Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. * Proven experience as a Business Development Associate or in a similar sales/customer service role. * Minimum 3 years of experience is preferred.
