About the Role

We're looking for talented individuals to fill our 2nd shift and weekend Customer Care Agent positions. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will have the opportunity to create raving fans for blithequark every day. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns with empathy and a solutions-focused approach

Key Responsibilities Breakdown

In this role, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team to achieve our customer satisfaction goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a high volume of customer interactions across multiple channels
  • Utilizing our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and resolve issues
  • Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
