You'll work in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to self-schedule 15 hours per week. This is a 60-day commitment, with the opportunity to extend or continue working with blithequark as needed. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, chats, and SMS messages * Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior support staff as needed * Utilize Zendesk to manage customer interactions and track issues * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and features to provide accurate and informed support * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution rates and customer satisfaction scores **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of customer support experience in a call center or remote environment * Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support * Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically * Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software **Preferred Qualifications** * 2+ years of customer support experience in a higher education or related industry * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment * Familiarity with educational products and services * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple customer interactions simultaneously * Moderate technical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills * Experience with Zendesk or similar customer support software * Familiarity with educational products and services * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in customer interactions **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.
