Position: Marketing Coordinator
Reports To:  Manager, Creative Production
Location: India - Remote 
Schedule: 8 am-5 pm CST Hours

Who You Are: 

You’re an enthusiastic and detail-oriented creative with a passion for marketing and storytelling. You enjoy bringing ideas to life through writing, visuals, and content that connects with audiences. You’re eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, and are excited to grow your skills in content creation and digital marketing. You’re comfortable using brand-approved templates in tools like Canva and CapCut to produce polished content, and you have a strong ability to write engaging copy while staying aligned with brand voice and strategy.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Assisting in publishing and scheduling social media content across platforms.
  • Writing engaging captions and social copy that align with our brand voice.
  • Designing graphics in Canva using approved brand templates and guidelines.
  • Editing video content using Instagram native app and/or CapCut.
  • Supporting the creation of copy for email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Helping with day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution.


  • What You’ll Bring:
  • A strong interest in marketing, social media and design.
  • Basic writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different platforms.
  • Familiarity with Canva (or willingness to quickly learn).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take feedback.
  • Creativity, curiosity and the drive to contribute to a fast-moving team.
  • Experience/Education/Certifications Required:
  • 0–2 years of marketing, creative, or related experience (internships and school projects count!).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred—but not required.
  • Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or email marketing tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
