Position Overview: Medical‑Surgical Registered Nurse (AACH)
We are actively seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for medical‑surgical care to join our dynamic Day Shift team. Key Responsibilities

- Wound Management: Perform wound assessments, apply evidence‑based dressings, and document progress—preferably with Wound Care Certification.

Essential Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) acceptable with relevant experience.
- Licensure: Active Registered Nurse license in the State of Oregon (OSBN) required prior to start date.
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of acute care RN experience, preferably in a medical‑surgical setting.
- Clinical Competency: Proficiency in patient assessment, medication administration, IV therapy, and wound care.
Preferred Qualifications & Certifications
- Charge Nurse experience or demonstrated leadership in a unit‐based role.
- Advanced certifications such as:
- WCC – Wound Care Certified
- CMSRN – Certified Medical‑Surgical RN
- RN‑BC – Medical‑Surgical Nurse Board Certified
- Experience with cardiac rhythm interpretation and telemetry monitoring.
