We are seeking motivated and reliable Customer Service Representatives to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience-all from the comfort of your home.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with account questions, billing issues, product/service information, and troubleshooting.
- Provide accurate and timely solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
- Follow company policies, scripts, and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance.
Requirements:
- Must have previous Call Center experience
- Own computer/laptop with functional camera (No MACs nor CHROMEBOOK)
- Windows 11
- Windows Defender
- MUST be from Texas
- Headset
$17.00/hr
