Summary of the Role:  

• You will be responsible for ensuring that business requirements related to data migration are captured, validated, and business use cases are documented. 

• You are expected to plan, implement, and manage the migration of data from the legacy systems to the new system software/applications. 

We’re looking for someone who: 

• Has high level of accuracy and attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, logical thinking with data protection acumen. 

• Has extensively worked in data clean-up activities such as identifying and correcting/removing errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in the data set, table, database, and improving its quality and usability. 

• Has experience in pre-migration planning process, defining migration scope, and verified destination system data requirements. 

• Has involved in data migration planning and design reviews, conducted formal review meetings with the stakeholders, and implemented migration testing strategies. 

You will need to show us that you can: 

• Define and document the migration requirements, and recommend appropriate solution, modifications, configurations, and processes and get sign off from the relevant stakeholders. 

• Own the data mapping sheet and interacts with Business Stakeholders and IT teams to identify, document, and finalise the data elements to be migrated. 

• Have a methodical and logical approach to migration planning, organization, and progress monitoring.
