Key Responsibilities – What You’ll Own Every Day

  • Training Programme Architecture: Design, develop, and continuously refresh comprehensive training modules for new hires, L1 agents, and senior staff, ensuring alignment with business goals, service level agreements (SLAs), and industry best practices.
  • Facilitation & Delivery: Conduct engaging, interactive virtual instructor‑led sessions, micro‑learning videos, and blended learning experiences using modern e‑learning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Performance Gap Analysis: Partner with Operations Heads and Quality Assurance to identify skill deficiencies through call monitoring, KPI dashboards, and employee feedback, then translate findings into targeted learning interventions.
  • SME & TMM Program Management: Oversee Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Team Member Mentorship (TMM) initiatives, coordinating L1 trainings, peer‑coaching sessions, and knowledge‑sharing forums.
  • Technology Enablement: Train staff on internal recruitment and workforce management software, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal utilization across the organization.
  • ISO & Compliance Documentation: Maintain up‑to‑date training records, attendance logs, and competency matrices to support ISO certification and audit readiness.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track conversion ratios of newly acquired skills, post‑training performance trends, and quality scores; produce monthly dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Team Culture & Behavioural Coaching: Lead corporate behaviour workshops, promote team‑building activities, and embed Workwarp’s core values into everyday interactions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Solicit feedback from participants, iterate on curriculum design, and stay abreast of emerging L&D trends, tools, and methodologies.

Essential Qualifications – The Non‑Negotiables

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or a related discipline (preferred). Advanced certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD, SHRM) are a strong plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 3‑4 years of proven experience in BPO training, staff development, or corporate learning environments, with a track record of delivering results in remote or hybrid settings.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Facilitation Expertise: Demonstrated ability to lead virtual workshops, webinars, and classroom‑style sessions with high engagement scores.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills; comfortable working with KPI dashboards, Excel, and reporting tools.
