If you're looking for a dynamic and supportive work environment where you can grow your career, look no further! **Job Summary** As a Business Development Specialist, you will be responsible for: * Staying organized and committed to calling a minimum of 4-hours of talk time or 300 calls a day * Qualifying prospects interested in setting up a Digital Marketing consultation with our Business Development Managers * Learning and memorizing phone campaign pitches and associated brand/product concepts * Tirelessly reaching out to our lists of 100,000+ contacts, introducing our brand and gathering information * Properly using our CRM to efficiently call, notate, and disposition behavior and client responses **Essential Qualifications** * Native level English * Excellent, friendly phone voice that gives and commands respect with an emphasis on getting through gatekeepers * Unyielding tenacity to get through thousands of phone calls weekly * Intermediate+ level of computer fluency with a capacity to seamlessly integrate into our proprietary internal phone and contact management software * Ability to type 40WPM **Preferred Qualifications** * Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or marketing * Familiarity with CRM software and contact management systems * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines **Skills and Competencies** * Strong phone skills and ability to communicate effectively with prospects * Excellent organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At OMG National, we believe in investing in our employees' growth and development.
