About the Role: Remote Customer Care Agent
We're seeking highly motivated, team-oriented, and adventurous individuals to join our customer care team as Remote Customer Care Agents. As a key member of our team, you'll be working on a 4-day weekend shift, interacting with our customers over the phone, live chat, and email, and creating raving fans for blithequark every single day. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service to our customers via phone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
- Work independently to solve unique problems, using your creativity and resourcefulness to find solutions that delight our customers
- Collaborate with our team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving our customer experience and driving business growth
- Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and policies, using this knowledge to educate and inform our customers
- Meet and exceed performance targets, including customer satisfaction, response times, and resolution rates

Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., customer service, communications, business) preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a remote or call center environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote setting
- Flexibility to work a 4-day weekend shift, with availability to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
