Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring that every interaction is a positive one
  • Work collaboratively with the customer care team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address complex customer issues and provide effective solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a retail or online environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work flexible full-time schedules during our customer service hours of 8 am-6 pm, Monday through Friday
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high volume of customer interactions
  • Knowledge of the lighting industry or online retail preferred, but not required
  • Ability to speak multiple languages a plus, but not necessary
  • Previous experience with live chat or email customer support a plus

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00, with a $1/hour increase after a 60-day provisional period. Additionally, our Customer Care Agents are eligible for quarterly bonuses and commissions on product sales. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and holidays.
