Store Support, Customer Service Rep
Overview
Store Support role at The Home Depot. This position supports non-sales functions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and efficient store operations.
Base pay range
$20.00/hr - $22.00/hr
Responsibilities
• Assist customers in the lot or provide administrative services as needed.
• Ensure an outstanding customer order fulfillment experience and address order status questions.
• Direct customers to store departments or merchandise; interact with customers or vendors as required.
• Handle cash management or program compliance tasks where applicable.
• Work cooperatively with other associates, vendors, and carriers; operate with little to some supervision.
• Be detail-oriented, demonstrate time management skills, and maintain a high level of integrity.
• Support key operational responsibilities and store-specific objectives.
• Possible positions include Office Associate, Order Fulfillment Associate, Lot Associate, and Customer Service Representative.

• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• High integrity and professional conduct at all times.
• Customer service mindset and willingness to engage with customers and vendors as needed.
