Growth Analyst, eCommerce

Job Duties: Work with measurement partners and platforms to identify and address issues and opportunities to enhance campaign measurement. Apply data-driven problem solving to uncover insights and execute top growth opportunities for the company. Define and analyze metrics to achieve success for our partners. Communicate with eCommerce brands to build and grow key partnerships. Meet with partners to nurture relationships and support their advertising goals. Set up and grow campaigns by analyzing data, testing ideas for creative ad sets, and optimizing performance targets. Monitor daily performance against key metrics to identify opportunities and anomalies. Stay relevant on industry trends and work with the engineering team to develop innovative, high-impact features. Help define and shape the companys business intelligence products and tools, informed by real-world insights. Telecommuting and/or remote employment permitted. Salary: $123,531 to $142,060.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent in Economics or a related field.

Special Skill Requirements: 1. SQL; 2. Python; 3. A/B Testing; 4. ETL Processes; 5. Statistical analysis & modeling; 6. Data visualization; 7. BigQuery; 8. Advanced Excel; 9. Product Management sprints; and 10. eCommerce experience. Telecommuting and/or remote employment permitted.
