**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care and Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for evaluating and assisting with customer concerns, explaining device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies. You'll also have the opportunity to sell blithequark's smart home and other products on every call, with direct connection to our Pay Per Experience (PPX) incentives.
**Responsibilities**
* Evaluate and assist with customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Explain device capabilities, wireless carrier data, product offerings, and company policies to customers
* Meet sales goals and grow from feedback and coaching
* Sell blithequark's smart home and other products on every call
* Directly connected to PPX incentives
* Spend 4-8 hours daily working at a computer
* Escalate calls appropriately when needed
* Participate in 3-4 weeks of in-class training and 2-4 weeks of floor training directly paired with peers
**Requirements**
* Minimum education: High school diploma (or equivalent)
* Competence to retain knowledge and solve customer concerns through memorization of product offerings and customer information
* Strong attention to detail while multitasking with speed and accuracy
* Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
* Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the customer, the business, and your team
* Display commitment through a reliable track record of attendance and performance
* Computer literacy and ability to type 25-35 words per minute and learn call center software
* A passing hiring assessment (soft skill scenario modeling and product knowledge)
* Existing knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems, or willingness to learn
* Including but not limited to Windows, Android, Blackberry OS, Apple iOS, wireless technology, wireless equipment, and applications
* Bilingual Spanish/Español skills are highly desirable (additional financial incentives provided)
* High customer service acumen
* Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives
* This is a sales role, team members in this role have sales activity goals that must be met to be successful
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Knowledge of multiple hardware platforms and operating systems
* Bilingual Spanish/Español skills
* High customer service acumen
* Ability to achieve sales and customer experience goals and objectives

**About the Job Type**
