Remote Estimator | Long-Term Collaboration Opportunity - Contract to Hire
Estimator (Construction / Design Projects)
Rate: $5/hr | Schedule: 9AM–5PM EST (Mon–Fri)
We’re looking for a skilled Estimator to join our growing team and support us in delivering accurate, efficient, and competitive project costings. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in construction or design estimation, and confident working independently within set deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, and services.
- Perform quantity take-offs and material/labor breakdowns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
- Prepare bids, tenders, and cost reports.
- Maintain cost databases and support post-bid clarifications.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Estimator.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Proficient in estimation software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, Excel, etc.).
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and organized.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
