Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • To be at least 18 years old
  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience interacting with customers, solving problems, and creating connections
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A desire to actively engage and listen to customers, with a focus on empathy and understanding

Work from Home Equipment Requirements

To work from home as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum speed of 20Mbps download and 10Mbps upload
  • An Ethernet cable connection (no Wi-Fi)
  • A personal desktop or laptop computer with Windows 10 Operating System, minimum of 2 core processor with 2GHz processor speed, and at least 8GB RAM
  • A USB headset with microphone
  • A webcam
  • Note: Chromebooks/Mac computers cannot be utilized for this position
