By joining blithequark, you will become part of a community that values creativity, teamwork, and continuous learning. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Concierge Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving complex issues with tact and diplomacy. You will work closely with our internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your expertise will be essential in building strong relationships with our clients, navigating complex situations, and driving business growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to telephone and email inquiries from clients within defined service standards * Negotiate with providers to gain acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers * Assist clients with benefits and healthcare questions * Document all calls received in system-based call log * Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management **Requirements and Qualifications** * High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of college or higher education preferred * One year of customer service or call center experience in a healthcare-related role * Medical intake or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred * Bilingual English-Spanish a plus * Strong customer relations, interpersonal skills, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information * Proficient with Microsoft applications and strong computer skills * Excellent data entry and typing skills * Knowledge of provider organizations and networks * Knowledge and understanding of CMS Medicare reimbursement rates * Ability to effectively negotiate rate structures * Independent judgment in decision making and problem solving * Ability to multitask and anticipate potential needs/problems * Medical Terminology * Strong attention to detail * Understanding of Self-Funded health benefits a plus * Claim processing skills a plus * Insurance verification or precertification a plus * Provider office/facility billing department or financial area **Preferred Qualifications** * Strong analytical and research skills * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment **Work Environment and Physical Demands** This position is in a typical office/home office environment, requiring prolonged sitting in front of a computer.
