Your primary role will be to handle inbound telephone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every customer interaction is a positive and memorable experience, and that our customers feel valued, heard, and supported. **Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders, third parties, and agents via telephone, email, and other communication channels * Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior colleagues or management as needed * Promote digital self-service capabilities and encourage customers to use online resources to manage their policies and claims * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our insurance products and services, including policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements * Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address customer pain points, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience * Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices * Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple programs and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy **Qualifications** * A demonstrated background in customer service, call center, insurance, retail, restaurant, or a related field * Ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment while navigating multiple programs and priorities * Problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and colleagues, and communicate effectively in a variety of situations * Adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, technologies, and processes * High School Diploma or equivalent experience required; Spanish bilingual a plus **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, navigating multiple programs and priorities while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions * Adaptability, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations, technologies, and processes * Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and use a variety of software applications, including CRM systems, email, and other communication tools **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting your career growth and development from day one.
