As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive group of professionals who are dedicated to excellence and customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** As an Experienced Business License Research Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for conducting industry and location-specific research for our clients, identifying all federal, state, county, and city level business licensing requirements. Your primary duties will include: * Conducting comprehensive research on business licensing requirements for various industries and jurisdictions * Creating business-specific research packages for timely delivery to clients * Identifying and compiling licensure specifications in both PDF and Excel formats, including forms, hyperlinks, supporting documents, exam requirements, prerequisites, turnaround times, fees, and renewal data * Communicating directly with government agencies to assist with business license research inquiries * Providing research in connection with internal support tasks for other BL team members **Key Skills and Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Customer Relations**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and government agencies * **Customer Support**: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide timely and effective support to clients * **Customer Service**: A customer-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and support * **Research**: Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive research and analyze complex data * **Excel**: Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets * **Customer Orders/Sales**: Experience with customer orders and sales, with the ability to manage and fulfill client requests * **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, law, or a related field * **Experience**: 0-2 years of experience in a related field, with a strong understanding of business licensing and compliance regulations **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and excellence.
