About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and skilled customer service professional to join our team as a Work From Home Customer Service Coordinator – Specialty Servicing. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, resolving their issues, and ensuring that they have an exceptional experience with our company. Key Responsibilities

  • Display dependability, with a solid attendance record, and maintain a secure home office environment that is free from background noise and distractions
  • Maintain sufficient reliable private internet connection, with a minimum download speed of 5 mbps, and sustained ability to maintain latency less than 250 ms in voice calls

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, peers, and management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and efficient manner
  • A strong customer focus, with a passion for providing exceptional service and making a positive impact on customers' lives

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with a proven ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
  • Experience working in the industry, with a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Additional education or certifications, such as a degree in a related field or a customer service certification
