Key Responsibilities

• Model and convey a unique and great client experience, ensuring that customers receive considerate, fair, and professional service.
• Register sales on assigned sales register, provide clients with courteous and efficient checkout service, and process transactions accurately.
• Assist the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including utilizing pharmacy systems to acquire patient and medication information and process prescriptions.
• Engage clients and patients by greeting them, offering help with products and services, and resolving customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and well-promoted store environment, take inventory, and keep records up to date.
• Perform tasks as assigned by the Pharmacy Director, Staff Pharmacist, and Senior Manager, including using pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy.
• Report any prescription errors to the pharmacist on duty and adhere to company policies and procedures regarding pharmacy errors and the Quality Improvement Program.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Previous work experience with blithequark.
• Good numerical skills, including counting, measuring, and weighing prescriptions.
• Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification.
