Talent Acquisition:

• Lead the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and strategize for effective talent acquisition.

Employee Relations:

• Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive work environment.
• Implement and oversee employee engagement initiatives.

Performance Management:

• Develop and implement performance management systems to evaluate and improve individual and team performance.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.

HR Policies and Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and local labor laws.
• Stay updated on HR best practices and compliance requirements.

Training and Development:

• Identify training needs and coordinate development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Requirements:

• SHRM or HRCI certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
