Job Overview

blithequark is seeking an experienced and highly skilled e-Service Chat Representative to join its team. This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch service to customers and business partners. As an e-Service Chat Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, representing the company to customers and partners, and ensuring that every interaction results in the best possible service experience. Responsibilities

As an e-Service Chat Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers, contractors, and business partners through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, written correspondence, and electronic communication, adhering to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage.
  • Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and contractors, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions.
  • Following up with customers, contractors, and business partners to ensure that customer service issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses to stay updated and informed.
  • Assuming other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the evolving needs of the company.

Qualifications
