Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Dispatch Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing first-call support for technical troubleshooting inquiries related to Radiology devices and hardware. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, utilizing a knowledge-based system to provide operator-type solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing after-hours support for technical troubleshooting inquiries via phone, email, web, and CRM systems
  • Utilizing SAP and CRM systems to handle and document customer and field calls, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of issues
  • Supporting part orders, inquires, data entry processes, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Assisting with training and onboarding of new team members, including the development of training documentation and delivery of training sessions
  • Fostering a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring that all interactions with customers are professional, courteous, and responsive to their needs

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, customer service, and communication skills. The following requirements are essential:

  • Associate's degree and at least three years of experience in a technical call center, customer relations, or remote service support role
  • Experience with SAP and CRM systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office product suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions

Preferred Qualifications
