Job Summary

As a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data. Your primary responsibilities will include verifying data from source documents, identifying and correcting errors, and performing other job-related duties as required. Key Responsibilities

  • Verifies data from source documents according to established procedures and rules, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Verifies data entered with source documents for typographical errors, missing or repeated data, correct use of composition codes, style rules, and edits to make corrections, additions, or deletions as appropriate.
  • Searches entire application while assembling files in a prescribed sequence, identifying and preparing all necessary Text, CWU, and Drawings information while ensuring a product conforming to established rules and guidelines.
  • Completes timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring accurate tracking of productive hours.
  • Follows standard procedures as outlined by current ISO requirements, demonstrating a commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Performs other job-related duties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • High school graduate or equivalent, demonstrating a foundation in basic skills and knowledge.
  • Commitment of up to three weeks of full-time remote training, demonstrating a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Commitment of a minimum of 40 productive at-home hours per week, demonstrating a strong work ethic and ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to effectively communicate with colleagues and management.
  • Ability to meet scheduled deadlines, demonstrating a sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.
  • Availability for additional virtual training and meetings as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to pass all pre-employment assessments, demonstrating a commitment to integrity and excellence.
  • Ability to meet and maintain each applicable department's quantity and quality metrics, demonstrating a focus on performance and results.
  • High-speed internet capability, ensuring reliable and efficient connectivity in a remote work environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, demonstrating compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Training and Development

As a Data Entry Operator, you will be required to complete up to three weeks of full-time remote training, which will be scheduled approximately two months after you complete pre-employment testing, interview, and necessary government background investigations/clearance process.
