Media Manager, Strategic Customers - Target & Kroger

About the position Responsibilities • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across retail media tactics for key customers. • Manage retail media budgets and provide recommendations for future spending. • Outline measurement goals for media spend and translate data into actionable insights. • Assess media performance on key e-commerce metrics and communicate impact to the organization. • Monitor and analyze programs to improve audience understanding and identify opportunities. • Lead the creative process for retail media, including feedback and deployment. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand insights with sales priorities. • Partner with agencies to define and deliver on campaign KPIs. • Coach and develop associate media managers. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism preferred. • 5-7 years of marketing, media planning, and/or strategy experience. • E-commerce experience is required. • Digital experience on agency or client side is required. • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Strong written, communication, and presentation skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in multiple digital media channels, including search, programmatic, and social media.
