[Remote] Junior Cybersecurity Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer to support the NNSA in protecting the nation’s nuclear security infrastructure. The role involves assisting in building and securing critical infrastructure for federal SOC and engineering environments, while gaining experience in real-world deployments, troubleshooting, and tool integration. Responsibilities • Deploy and integrate cybersecurity tools and technologies to support real-world mission-critical systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve security issues, ensuring compliance with federal security standards and frameworks. • Support automation and scripting tasks to enhance security operations and streamline deployments. • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining security infrastructure for federal SOC and engineering environments.
