Job Summary

As a Customer Relations Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing multi-level support to our customers, retail sales representatives, market leadership, and customer relations leadership. Your primary objective will be to resolve customer concerns in a timely and efficient manner, while maintaining a high level of critical thinking and discretion. You will be the face of our company, and your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accept, resolve, and escalate internal and external customer concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Document customer concerns and interactions according to department standards, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage follow-up contacts with multiple parties to resolve concerns efficiently, utilizing strong organizational and time management skills
  • Utilize multiple internal systems to access and research customer accounts and history, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and software
  • Evaluate customer concerns and determine reasonable resolutions using department guidelines, exercising sound judgment and critical thinking
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to the relevant teams for further investigation, ensuring that all issues are thoroughly addressed
  • Provide support to customer relations teammates by shadowing and assisting with questions, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork
  • Possess self-motivation to manage time and tasks effectively, maintaining our department's follow-up guidelines and ensuring seamless service delivery

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as strong proficiency in various computer applications and software. Previous experience in customer service is preferred, and adeptness in navigating operating systems, productivity tools, and software relevant to the role (such as Salesforce, RingCentral, and Microsoft Office) is highly desirable.
