Mgr-Tech Learning & Develop

POSITION OVERVIEW: Provides leadership for information technology (IT) learning and development, defining the vision and strategy to build workforce capabilities that support the organization’s technology goals. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Develop, implement and manage IT learning and development programs to support workforce skill development and capability growth 2. Ensure consistent adoption of training programs and learning tools across IT teams 3. Track and measure the impact of training initiatives through metrics, feedback and assessments, adjusting programs as needed 4. Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to identify skill gaps and design targeted learning interventions 5. Promote best practices for learning, knowledge sharing and professional development across the IT organization 6. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures. 7. Perform other duties as assigned.
