Key Responsibilities • Provide online support to customers via chat, email, and ticketing system, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. • Troubleshoot customer issues according to established procedures, documenting problems, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. • Utilize provided resources, including documentation and supervisor guidance, to ensure accurate and effective support. • Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency, managing multiple chat sessions and customer interactions simultaneously. • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, providing personalized support and ensuring a positive customer experience. Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need: • A device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). • The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and maintain a high level of productivity. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and provide clear, concise responses. • The ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency in your work. • A reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace. • 20+ hours availability per week, with flexibility to work a variable schedule. Preferred Qualifications and Skills While not required, the following skills and experience are highly valued: • Previous experience in customer support or a related field. • Familiarity with chat support software and technology. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze issues and provide effective solutions. • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple chat sessions.
