About the Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences through compassionate support and effective communication. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to incoming customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate solutions to their concerns. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 6 months or more of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in mathematics and language arts
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High-speed internet connection (25mbps or higher) and a dedicated workspace for remote work

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare or related industry, with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare concepts
  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration, communications, or business
  • Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Professional in Customer Service (CPCS)
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk, and proficiency in data analysis and reporting
