You'll be the first point of contact for many of our clients, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in their healthcare journey. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions to the satisfaction of our clients and advocates * Gathering and tracking feedback to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the ongoing development of our customer experience * Building strong relationships with our clients and advocates, understanding their unique needs and preferences, and tailoring our support to meet those needs * Collaborating with our team to identify and resolve complex issues, leveraging your creative problem-solving skills and technical expertise to find innovative solutions * Staying up-to-date on our systems, tools, and technology, using that knowledge to provide expert support and guidance to our clients and advocates **What You Bring to the Table** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills, traits, and qualities.
