[Remote] Scrum Master – SAFe Certified

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ExaTech Inc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong Project Management and P&L management experience to lead Agile teams and ensure successful execution of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing SAFe and driving delivery excellence across multiple teams or projects. Responsibilities • Lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-bolthires, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Drive adoption of SAFe Agile practices and coach teams on Agile principles. • Manage overall project scope, schedule, and deliverables. • Oversee project financials, budgets, and P&L performance, ensuring profitability and bolthires efficiency. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and stakeholders to align priorities and remove roadblocks. • Monitor risks, dependencies, and ensure timely issue resolution. • Track metrics and provide visibility into team performance and delivery progress. • Support PI (Program Increment) planning and facilitate cross-team coordination. • Ensure adherence to organizational governance, compliance, and quality standards. Skills • Proven experience managing project budgets, bolthires tracking, and P&L ownership. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and enterprise-scale delivery. • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. • Experience using tools like JIRA, Rally, or Azure DevOps for Agile tracking and reporting Education Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. • 7+ years of experience in Project or Program Management with at least 3+ years as a Scrum Master. • SAFe Certified (SAFe Agilist / SAFe Scrum Master) – mandatory.
