Exercise Physiologist/Metabolic Screener

Exercise Physiologist Sigma Tactical Wellness is seeking an Exercise Physiologist to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team. Our patients are first responders/law enforcement enrolled in a cardiac wellness program. Candidates would participate as a professional guiding patients through a wellness program that includes a comprehensive cardio-metabolic screening evaluation along with an individualized nutritional and exercise plan. Dates can be scheduled in advance for physiologists looking for extra income or flexible PRN work. This position requires travel (some out of state). Responsibilities: • Conducting cardiometabolic testing with sub max EKG stress tests • Metabolic testing result reviews via telehealth platform • Vital signs Qualifications: • Previous experience as an Exercise Physiologist • Degree in exercise physiology sciences or related field preferred • Experience conducting stress tests and/or VO2 max testing • Ability to build rapport with patients • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Excellent verbal communication skills • High speed internet • Reliable computer with camera/microphone • CPR, ACLS or proficiency with EKG interpretation. Hours: • Screenings are Monday through Friday 8-5pm on days scheduled • This position is a contract position- we currently have several opportunities throughout the US.
