We are looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team and be the face and voice of blithequark for our clients. As a Customer Success Manager, you will build genuine and durable customer relationships, convert those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth, and serve as a trusted advisor to our clients. You will be responsible for identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments
  • Identify and flag risks that may lead to customer churn
  • Build relationships with clients by identifying pain points, providing solutions, and recognizing opportunities for growth and revenue generation
  • Be the voice of the customer by collecting product and operational feedback and sharing it with relevant internal stakeholders
  • Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
  • Drive adoption of platform features that will lead to a better customer experience and better retention

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 2+ years of experience in a related field
  • A past history of elite performance
  • Previous experience in customer success or advisory roles, such as consulting
  • A strong desire to be in the technology space
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to remain calm and collected in crisis or criticism
  • Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy, with the ability to draw insightful conclusions from complex data sets
  • A reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality
  • A solid track record of achievement, with a strong analytical foundation and the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
  • Curiosity and a desire to make an impact
