About the Remote Customer Support Specialist Role

As a Remote Customer Support Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions or concerns about our products or services. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, resolving customer issues and complaints, and providing accurate information to customers. Our Customer Service technology and product teams build world-class customer relationship management systems and innovative self-service solutions that are used by millions of customers every day on blithequark's websites, shopping apps, and through blithequark's family of devices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that customers feel valued and heard.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Using available resources to research and provide accurate information to customers, staying up-to-date on the latest information about blithequark's products and services.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to appropriate departments, ensuring that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Meeting daily and weekly performance metrics, including metrics related to customer satisfaction, response times, and issue resolution times.
  • Providing feedback to management on customer concerns and trends, helping to continually improve blithequark's products and services.
