Job Overview

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Full Time Remote Customer Service Representatives and Call Center Agents. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a vital role in handling claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels, providing timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns
