As a Customer Care Associate, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with our service. **Your Role in Our Team** As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be the face of blithequark, responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers. You'll be the bridge between our customers and our drivers and dry cleaning partners, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.
