You set your rate and schedule. You work remotely as an independent contractor. Help women-led teams install lightweight systems and leadership practices that drive execution. Who We’re Seeking • Fractional leaders. COO, CPO, CMO, CRO, CTO, Head of People • Operators with zero to one or scale up experience in product, growth, or operations • Builders who can translate strategy into simple, repeatable operating rhythms What You Will Do • Deliver Support Sessions on fractional leadership and operating systems • Provide outcome based guidance tailored to the client’s goals • Share practical approaches and simple tools when appropriate • Partner with Navigators to reflect agreed next steps in the Support Plan What You Bring • 8+ years operating experience with measurable outcomes in startups or SMBs • Proven success as a fractional leader or senior operator • Evidence based playbooks, metrics fluency, clear documentation • Strong digital operations.
