Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through technical support, account management, and troubleshooting. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required, preferably in a technical support or account management role
  • Technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and managing time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all interactions and transactions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual (Spanish) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with a proven track record of success in a home-based setting

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Remote Job Requirements

  • Designated private place to work from home, with a quiet and distraction-free environment
  • High-speed internet, with a minimum of 25mbps download and 15mbps upload speed
  • Ability to hardwire via Ethernet from cable modem to PC, ensuring a stable and reliable connection
