About the Role

This full-time position (40 hours/week) offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. As a Remote Customer Service Sales Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers, identifying needs, solving problems, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists to resolve customer issues. You will also be required to monitor delegated customer service issues, use effective communication techniques, and inform and educate new customers about billing and payment procedures.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers with a focus on needs identification, problem-solving, and partnering with billing and eligibility specialists
  • Monitor delegated customer service issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution
  • Use appropriate communication techniques when responding to customers, particularly in stressful situations
  • Inform and educate new customers regarding billing/invoicing set up and billing/payment procedures
  • Place outgoing phone calls to complete follow-up on customer service requests as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong and diverse skillset, including excellent communication and problem-solving skills, the ability to work in a high-volume setting, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. The following qualifications are required:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of current or previous experience in a related field (experience with blithequark's systems and processes is an asset)
  • 4+ years of combined education, work, and/or volunteer experience
  • Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 7:00am – 7:00pm CST

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Knowledge of blithequark's products and services
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
